The most important factor to consider for maintenance is keeping your brush and keratin fiber dry. From time to time, you may find the brush heads and brush itself accumulate excess fiber. Use a blow dryer at cool temperatures to remove fibers.
If deeper cleaning is necessary, either brush head may be washed by first removing the brush head from the base, and then gently washing in a basin of warm water with shampoo. Rinse well and dry thoroughly before re-attaching to brush or storing and using again. The keratin fibers do not work well in humid conditions.
Please be sure not to introduce moisture into the carrying case, as the brush will not work well if humid.
