Like any medical treatment for hair loss, it takes time to see the results. We want you to give our laser therapy a chance. If after using the device, you decide that you are not satisfied with your results, contact us to initiate a return as described in our Satisfaction Guarantee. The return may only be made by the customer on record verified with a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a 25% service fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Policy updated on October 15, 2020. Just my two cents-- my satisfaction would not have been guaranteed if I'd had to pay for return shipping and a 25% service fee.
They do not believe in 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I was told I had to use the product for one full year. Now that I have and trying to initiate a return, they tell me my year was up based on my purchase date. How can I use a product for one full year if it wasn't shipped to me the same day? I do not recommend this product to anyone. Their product does not work and they are misleading when it comes to their return policy.
